One Direction star Louis Tomlinson has given his thoughts on Justin Bieber's recent scrap with a cameraman.

As previously reported, the Canadian star was embroiled in a row with a man shooting him leaving a London hotel yesterday (March 8).

Bieber had to be restrained by security after re-emerging from his car to respond aggresively to the cameraman.

Taking to Twitter after the incident, One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson said that he believes the media should give up on hounding Bieber. He said:

"Although I don't know him personally, I do wish the press would take it easy on @justinbieber. I really do empathise with him, I don't see anything out of character in comparison to any other teenagers I know."
