Caroline Flack has admitted that she often dances with Olly Murs whilst on the Xtra Factor.

The pair have hosted the X Factor spin-off show for two years, but it seems the 'Right Place Right Time' singer will leave the program this year.

Speaking to OK! magazine about the pressures of body image scrutiny, Flack said that she has never exercised with Murs - but she said they have danced together. When asked if she exercises with the 'Army of Two' singer, the TV host said:

"No! The one thing we never talk about is exercise. Olly naturally looks lovely but we've never exercised together. But we like to do dance routines together!"

Flack also said that she tries to avoid reading media coverage of herself, revealing:

"I think that's just part of what people do and part of being a female in the media. One day it's: 'Doesn't she look thin', then the next day: 'She's put on weight'. It upsets me more when I see it done to other people. You just have to understand that's what the media does."
