Kasabian's anger at Glastonbury: "We've got every right to headline the festival"Kasabian have lashed out at the Glastonbury Festival for not inviting them to headline this year's event. The iconic Worthy Farm shindig is returning in June and The Rolling Stones, Arctic Monkeys and Mumford & Sons are lined up to headline. This has seemingly angered Kasabian singer Tom Meighan, who told NME that they are the perfect act to close the festival. He said: "I'm not playing second fiddle to those bands. We're just as good, if not better. We're the ultimate, we're the headline band. But [promoter Michael Eavis] didn't call us, the b*stard." Kasabian last played the festival in 2009, where they performed underneath headliner Bruce Springsteen.
