Reality star Kim Kardashian is due to reveal the sex of her baby with rap superstar Kanye West in an upcoming episode of ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’.

In a preview clip of the episode, the expectant mother is seen in a doctor’s office accompanied by members of her family.

At one moment, Kardashian’s mother Kris exclaims: “Look at that! Look at the little ankle! Oh Kim look! Do you see a little pee pee?”

“Once I knew the sex, that is when I got so excited,” says sister Kourtney.

Since Kanye West has expressed no interest in appearing on the reality show, it is no surprise that he is not present in the episode preview.
