Black Sabbath score first No. 1 album in 43 years

Reunited heavy metal group Black Sabbath have scored their first No. 1 album in 43 years with ‘13’, their first release with frontman Ozzy Osbourne since 1978’s ‘Never Say Die!’

Beady Eye’s ‘BE’ has landed at No. 2 following the band’s performance last night on talent show ‘The Voice’ and Rod Stewart’s ‘Time’ rises to No. 3.

Last week’s chart toppers Disclosure has slipped to No. 5 this week with ‘Settle’ and Queens of the Stone Age’s sixth album ‘…Like Clockwork’ slipped all the way to No. 11 from its position last week at No. 2.

Other debuts this week include former ABBA star Agnetha Fältskog’s ‘A’ at No. 6, Boards of Canada with ‘Tomorrow’s Harvest’ at No. 7, and Mark Owen’s ‘The Art of Doing Nothing’ at No. 29.
