Mark Owen has revealed his desire to attend film school.

The Take That singer has just released his fourth solo album 'The Art of Doing Nothing', but it seems his eyes are focused on cinematography.

Speaking to the Independent, Owen said that he wants study film in the next few years having harboured a long desire to do so. He said:

"I'm looking at going to film school. I want to write and direct. I wanted to do that 15 years ago. In another 15 years it will be too late so I've kind of got to do it in these next few years if I'm going to do it. I'm going back to school."

The singer added that he wants to team up with a Russian animation director for a new project too, saying: "Me and Mikhail Dimitriev, I’d still love to get into animation."
