Billy Ray Cyrus announced yesterday that he and wife Tish will not be divorcing.

The 'Achy Breaky Heart’ singer filed papers last October citing irreconcilable differences but has since decided that his marriage is salvageable.

"I want to put my family back together,” he explained on ABC’s ‘The View.’ “Things are the best they've ever been."

Cyrus also retracted his previous statement that ‘Hannah Montana’ ruined his family. “Fame did,” he explained.
