Miley Cyrus has been named both the best and worst dressed person in entertainment this year by Time magazine.

The publication have revealed their end-of-year top ten lists and the 'We Can't Stop' star has featured a few times.

It was her green Marc Jacobs dress that she wore to the FGI Night of Stars event in October that led to the singer being named the best dressed of 2013.

However, Cyrus also landed the dubious honour of topping Time's worst dressed list too.

That title was snapped up courtesy of the singer's now infamous nude-coloured two-piece worn at this year's MTV VMAs.

She further courted controversy at that event by twerking seductively with Robin Thicke.
