Nicki Minaj has announced a series of UK tour dates.

The rapper will head to the region in the spring with support act Trey Songz.

The UK leg of the Pinkprint Tour will open at the O2 Arena in London on March 28.

Minaj will then visit cities such as Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle before concluding at Glasgow's Hydro arena on April 12.

Tickets will go on sale from 9am UK time on Friday (December 12). The full schedule is as follows:

• March 28 - London, O2 Arena
• April 3 - Birminghan, Barclaycard Arena
• April 4 - Manchester, Arena
• April 6 - Liverpool, Echo Arena
• April 7 - Nottingham, Capital FM Arena
• April 9 - Leeds, First Direct Arena
• April 10 - Newcastle, Metro Radio Arena
• April 12 - Glasgow, Hydro
