Rap sensation Nicki Minaj has revealed that after a rocky start, the 'American Idol' judging panel have finally found their groove and are working together well.

When the show first kicked off, the 'Starships' hitmaker made headlines after footage of her fighting with fellow mentor Mariah Carey emerged, but she insists that the tension has since been dispersed:

"We've gelled really, really well as a group. We have a great chemistry. We have a great rhythm now together, and we really are taking it serious. We really are rooting for the contestants and we want to find a great American Idol."

Carey, however, wasn't so sure of their dynamic as when she was recently asked what Minaj brings to the TV vocal talent show she quipped: "You know, I wouldn't feel comfortable commenting on that. But thank you for the question."
