Olly Murs has landed himself a fine and points on his licence after admitting to speeding.

The singer made a guilty plea via letter today which was heard today (November 5) by magistrates in Chelmsford.

He was clocked by a speed camera driving at 41mph in a 30mph zone on Chipping Ongar High Street in May.

Murs was driving a 2012 Bentley Continental and received a fine of £267 alongside four penalty points.

The 'Troublemaker' man was also ordered to pay legal costs of £117.

Murs meanwhile recently released the video for the track 'Hand on Heart', with the clip featuring a cameo from pal Robbie Williams.

The black and white promo video is seen as a homage to the latter's hit track 'Angels'.

'Hand on Heart' meanwhile is set to feature on a re-issue of Murs' 2012 record 'Right Place Right Time', which will hit shelves on November 25.
