Mollie King from The Saturdays pens track for Backstreet Boys: 'It's a dream come true'

Blonde beauty Mollie King has revealed that a song she wrote for the Backstreet Boys has been picked by the band to feature on their new album.

In a series of Twitter posts shared recently, she explained that it's a 'dream come true' to be able to work with the group as she loved them during her teenage years:

"Ever since i was 8 years old Backstreet Boys have been my favourite band in the whole world…..Tomorrow I fly out to LA to be in the studio with them while they record a song I’ve written for their album!!! #DreamsCanComeTrue."

Over the weekend, Backstreet Boys heartthrob AJ Mclean wrote about the working partnership on the social networking site and even shared a photograph of himself posing next to King: "Me and @molliethesat from the Saturdays rocking new bsb with the JAM. Gonna be huge."

After the studio session, the 'Higher' songstress told her followers that it was the "best afternoon ever meeting one of my childhood heroes!!!"
