Shakira is being sued by her ex-boyfriend and manager for $100m.

WENN reports that the sultry singer is being hit with the lawsuit over claims that she hasn't been paying Antonio de la Rúa his share of business profits after their split.

The pair ended their romance in 2010 following ten years together, with de la Rúa said to have taken control of her business affairs from 2004.

He claims to have helped Shakira strike a number of lucrative deals, including a $300m contract with Live Nation.

De la Rúa argues that he hasn't been paid anything since they split, despite their business partnership running until October 2011.

Shakira meanwhile started dating Barcelona footballer Gerard Piqué after their breakup, with the singer now pregnant with his child.
