'The Voice' coach and new mother Shakira has revealed that she has fallen in love with breastfeeding her baby son, Milan, that she joked she will continue to do it until he's in his late teens.

Speaking to Us Weekly about caring for her 4-month son, Shakira explained that it's a bonding experience and she doesn't plan to give it up any time soon: "Breastfeeding has been one of the best experiences of my life. I love it! I can’t stop! I think I’m going to breastfeed him until he goes to college! I’m hooked!"

She also confessed that breastfeeding is helping her to lose the weight she gained during her pregnancy: "I think that it helps a lot. I haven't weighed myself … I think I'm close but I can't sing victory yet!"

The 'Hips Don't Lie' beauty added: "I thought I was going to be super-controlling because I am like that with my songs, my career and everything I do professionally -- I like to be in charge. But with him, I’m so relaxed. It’s so surprising because everybody thought I was going to be one of those hysterical mothers, like smothering mothers, and I feel that I’m not as nervous. I’m relaxed."
