N-Dubz superstar Tulisa Contostavlos has revealed that The X Factor has been slowly but surely "consuming" her life. 

The 23-year-old, who has been working as a judge on the show since this current season began, told Guilty Pleasures that although it's been a fantastic experience she is completely exhausted as all of her time is taken up by it:

"It has been a journey and very life consuming. It does become your world. Literally. It takes over your life."

She also opened up about the departure of controversial contestant Misha B, who was branded a bully by Contostavlos earlier in the series, and said she was genuinely sorry to see her go despite everything:

"I am not a stone. If I see someone going through such an emotional thing, it’s hard not to be upset at that. I completely get it. I can imagine how they must feel. I felt very emotional watching her journey and it just ended. If anyone had been in that position I would be crying."
