Nathan Sykes has spoken of his excitement ahead of supporting Little Mix live.

The singer will open up for the girl band on their Get Weird tour in the UK and Ireland in the spring.

Speaking on Twitter on Sunday (December 20), the former Wanted man expressed his joy at landing the slot.

Sykes said: "Love hearing @LittleMix on @thisisheart!!

"Can't wait to get out on tour with them next year!! Who's coming?!"

The tour will open at the Cardiff Arena on March 13.

Sykes meanwhile is due to release his debut solo album in 2016.
