One Direction superstars Zayn Malik and Liam Payne have revealed that qualities that they look for in a potential girlfriend and both members of the band have different preferences. 

During a new interview with Teen Now magazine, heartthrob Malik, who is engaged to Little Mix beauty Perrie Edwards, opened up about the qualities he looks for in a partner: "A good listener who takes interest in what you say. If they take time out to speak to you, it’s attractive."

Liam Payne, who is currently dating Sophia Smith, also admitted that there are certain traits he finds himself attracted to and added: "I like cute, shy girls with really nice eyes."

Earlier this month, Payne told Top Of The Pops magazine that when he was a kid he wet himself in front of the girl he fanciedat the time: "When I was seven, a girl I really liked tickled me and I wet myself. Then she laughed, 'cause she was a lot older, but I cried and it was terrible. I actually really fancied her and I'd ruined everything."
