The Vamps' Connor Ball relieved after stage accident hospital trip: 'Sweet, no broken arm'

Bassist Connor Ball, of The Vamps fame, took a tumble off stage last night (February 10) at London's O2 Arena and had to go to hospital after his band's set for an x-ray.

The heartthrob told his Twitter followers that he "didn't just walk off the end of the stage or anything, ouch" and was then taken to A&E by his manager, Joe O'Neill (pictured above left with Ball), who joked to his Twitter followers that doctors thought he was Ball's father:

"Just got asked if I was @TheVampsCon's dad #EvenWithoutTheBeard."

O'Neill also shared a photograph via his Instagram page of an X-ray showing a severe bone break (pictured below), but later reassured fans on Twitter that it wasn't real: "I'm no doctor but he may need a sling for a while... Some x-rays may be fictional."

Ball took to his own Twitter page in the early hours of this morning and told his worried fans that his arm isn't broken: "Sweet, no broken arm and got my wallet back, this day has turned into a good day! Need sleep now."

The Vamps will perform at London's O2 Arena tonight in support of country-pop superstar Taylor Swift and they will head to America later this month for their first U.S. headlining show, which will take place on February 19 at the Gramercy Theatre in New York
