The Vamps confirm exciting U.S. television performance

Earlier today (June 17), The Vamps told their Twitter followers that they're "so excited" to announce that next month they will be performing on 'The Today Show' in New York City.

Writing on the social networking site this morning, the heartthrobs confirmed details of their upcoming appearance:

"So excited to say we are playing on @TODAYshow in NYC on July 24th!!! Everyone should come down and watch us as we kick off our US tour!!"

They played an exclusive concert in New York on June 15 at the Highline Ballroom for MTV after being named the company's Artists To Watch, and last wee the band promised to make a 'huge' announcement that will be of interest to their fans in America and Mexico:

"Hey USA and Canada and Mexico! We didn't forget about you guys... got some MAJOR stuff to announce next week!!"
