Katy Perry confirms she is "single and satisfied"

Katy Perry has poured cold water over rumours she has secured a new boyfriend.

The 'Part Of Me' star has been constantly linked to model and musician Baptiste Giabiconi (pictured below) despite the Frenchman recently confirming that the pair are just good friends.

They have often been pictured together, with some over zealous gossip hounds suggesting that they are dating.

However, Perry tweeted that she is "single and satisfied" after taking to the social networking website to talk about garlic. She said:

"Just ate a ton of garlic, heard it's an immune booster #hopeitwerks #mandeflecter #singleandsatisfied."

As previously reported, Perry has recently come under fire from novelist Naomi Wolf, with the best-selling author criticising her new 'Part Of Me' video as "Marine propaganda".
