Caroline Flack has been seen chucking a bottle of urine at former flame Harry Styles.

The funny clip has been taken from Nick Grimshaw's new BBC TV series Sweat The Small Stuff.

The Xtra Factor host was playing a game where she tried to hit the cut-out head of either singer James Arthur or Olly Murs with a plastic bottle of pee.

However, the producers cunningly put up a picture of One Direction star Harry Styles when she was in the middle of playing the game, which is called Urine the Line of Fire.

It looked as if she was targeting the 'Kiss You' star, but she eventually knocked down Arthur's head.

As previously reported, Flack recently revealed that she often performs dance routines with colleague Murs whilst on the Xtra Factor.

However, the 'Right Place Right Time' star looks set to quit the show for its 2013 series.
