5 Seconds of Summer have confirmed plans to host a book signing in the UK.

The Australians will appear at a WHSmith event in Liverpool event on Tuesday (December 9).

They will sign copies of their book Hey, Let's Make A Band for fans at a location that is yet to be announced.

Tickets went on sale today (December 8) and they have sold out.

5 Seconds of Summer will appear at the event without Michael Clifford, who is stuck in the US after losing his passport.

The band performed as a three-piece as a result at the Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball on Sunday (December 7) in London.
