Ariana Grande says filming her first video was the "worst moment of her life"

Ariana Grande has admitted that she hates her first video.

The singer filmed a promo clip for her 2011 debut single 'Put Your Hearts Up' and it sees the starlet run around a city with backing dancers.

Speaking to Rolling Stone, the 'Yours Truly' star said that in hindsight the often cheesy video is one of the worst things she has done.

Grande said: "It was geared toward kids and felt so inauthentic and fake.

"[Filming it] was the worst moment of my life. For the video, they gave me a bad spray tan and put me in a princess dress and had me frolic around the street. The whole thing was straight out of hell. I still have nightmares about it, and I made them hide it on my VEVO page."

The US singer meanwhile recently confirmed that the video for her hit song 'Problem' will land soon.

The track features Australian rapper Iggy Azalea and it instantly topped the US iTunes chart upon release earlier this year.
