Starting on Monday 27 June, audiences can enjoy the magic of Wimbledon 2022 with extensive live commentary, analysis from the best in the sport and exclusive interviews with the greatest players across all output.

TV coverage across BBC One, BBC Two and BBC iPlayer live from The All England Lawn Tennis Club from 11am daily (10.30am on day one)

The BBC and the All England Club, the longest partnership in sports broadcasting history, celebrate 85 years of television, and 95 years of radio, in 2022

2022 marks the Centenary of Centre Court at Church Road with coverage of the Centenary Celebrations on Sunday 3 July

5 Live bring daily coverage from the Grounds including new Wimbledon Daily podcast with Jonathan Overend and guests will providing reaction to the big stories and taking listeners behind the scenes at SW19, available on BBC Sounds

Matches available to watch on the BBC Sport website & BBC iPlayer, with every centre court match available in Ultra HD

TV and BBC iPlayer

Sue Barker is at the helm for the last of her 30 years as host of the BBC’s TV coverage. Sue will be live daily from the All England Tennis Club joined by a host of former Wimbledon champions including John McEnroe, Martina Navratilova, Billie Jean King and Pat Cash, who head up a top-class line-up that also includes Tracy Austin, Johanna Konta, Caroline Wozniacki, Tim Henman and Annabel Croft.

Isa Guha will welcome viewers at 10.30am on day one and then each day at 11am (Monday 27 June - Monday 4 July) before Sue takes over later in the day with play scheduled later into the evening.

Today At Wimbledon sees Clare Balding fronting the highlights show, which comes live from the open air studio by The Hill daily at 8.30pm on BBC Two. Clare will guide viewers through the best of the day’s action and discuss the major talking points, as the tournament unfolds, with a host of special guests.

Commentary comes from Chris Bradnam, James Burridge, Andrew Castle, Matt Chilton, Kim Clijsters, Andrew Cotter, Kat Downes, Jo Durie, Colin Fleming, Peter Fleming, Paul Hand, John Inverdale, Abigail Johnson, David Law, Nick Lester, John Lloyd, Miles MacLagan, Ronald McIntosh, Alison Mitchell, Nick Mullins, Pete Odgers, Arvind Parmar, Louise Pleming, Simon Reed, Sam Smith, Liz Smylie, Mel South and Andy Stevenson.

Sports news will also be reporting daily from Wimbledon kicking off with John Watson reporting for BBC Breakfast daily from 6am. Joe Wilson and Laura Scott will be reporting for network TV, including for the News at One, Six and Ten and Radio 4 News programmes. Sports news presenter Chetan Pathak will be fronting the coverage for the BBC World and BBC News channel’s sports output including the daily 6.30pm Sportsday programme.

Radio and BBC Sounds

BBC Radio 5 Live will be live from Wimbledon each day with Tony Livesey and Gigi Salmon presenting from the All England Club.

Providing expert analysis throughout the tournament will be Wimbledon singles champions Pat Cash and Marion Bartoli, plus former world number one Kim Clijsters. They’ll be joined by Naomi Broady, Annabel Croft, Miles Maclagan, Laura Robson, Chanda Rubin, Leon Smith, Jeff Tarango and Mark Woodforde.

New for 2022, 5 Live’s Wimbledon Daily podcast with Jonathan Overend and guests will provide reaction to the big stories and take listeners behind the scenes at SW19. The podcast is available on BBC Sounds.

6 love 6 returns with John McEnroe and Tim Henman taking listeners’ calls (Thursday 30 June and Monday 4 July)

Radio commentary is led by BBC tennis correspondent Russell Fuller along with Iain Carter, Naomi Cavaday, Abigail Johnson, David Law, Alison Mitchell, Sara Orchard, Jonathan Overend and Gigi Salmon with additional reporting around the grounds from Aaron Paul.

Centre Court Centenary

Live on the BBC at 1.30pm on Sunday 3 July, a special ceremony to mark the 100 years of Centre Court at Church Road. Presented by Sue Barker, John McEnroe and Clare Balding, the celebration will look back on epic matches and classic moments with the help of some past Wimbledon Champions, before concluding with a performance from British singer songwriter Freya Ridings. It will also be a day for the local community with tickets distributed to local residents, schools, charities and community groups.
