Songstress Demi Lovato has revealed that she's spending her month off preparing for her upcoming Neon Lights tour and making sure she's well rested before her schedule kicks into overdrive. 

The beauty took to her official Twitter page earlier today (January 15) and told her followers that she's upping her fitness levels and enjoying downtime while she has some, and also shared a snapshot of herself laying in the sun (pictured below):

"Damn... Singing Neon Lights while on the treadmill or jumping rope ain't easy..."

"Getting ready for my #NEONLIGHTSTOUR. 2014... feeling healthy, feeling rested.. Y'all ain't ready!!!!"

The North American jaunt will kick off next month in Vancouver on February 9 before concluding in Indianapolis on March 30, and Cher Lloyd has been announced as one of the tour's support acts. 

Last night, the sensation uploaded a photograph of herself with noticeably lighter hair (pictured above) and explained in the caption that it has turned silver from all the pool chemicals: "Too much swimming = silver hair... And I don't hate it..."
