Harry Styles has released his brand new single, Lights Up, accompanied by a visually stunning, steamy and ethereal new music video which brilliantly encapsulates the thrill of unrestrained escapism.
The track was produced by co-writers, Tyler Johnson and Kid Harpoon, and is the first new music from the former One Direction star in nearly two years. It is also the lead single from Styles' sophomore album.
Earlier this week billboards were spotted around the world, hinting that the superstar is about to drop new music.
Written on the billboards is Do You Know Who You Are, along with the charismatic English singer-songwriter's signature motto, TPWK - Treat People With Kindness - on the bottom.
"Do you know who you are?" forms part of the chorus on Lights Up.
Friend Stevie Nicks has described the highly anticipated follow up LP as "spectacular," saying that it's a world away from the music Styles made with One Direction.
Stevie revealed: "It's not like his last album. It's not like anything One Direction ever did. It's pure Harry, as Harry would say. He's made a very different record and it's spectacular."
