Preview images of Lorde’s makeup range for MAC have emerged.

The New Zealand singer announced that she was teaming up with the cosmetic company back in March.

Lorde stated: “I have loved MAC Cosmetics since I was a little kid. I remember saving up to buy my very first MAC lipstick [Snob] at 14, and it was used by about 20 of my friends! MAC has a very clear aesthetic, that has always felt fashion forward to me. So I was really excited to work with them on these products, which I use pretty much every day and night. I hope you will too.”

The ‘Royals’ star’s collection consists of two items – a lipstick and liquid eyeliner.

The lipstick is a deep plum shade called ‘Pure Heroine’ whilst the Penultimate Eyeliner comes in ‘Rapid Black’.

The 17-year-old pop star models both items in a promotional photo for the products (see image below).

Lorde’s limited edition MAC range will be available from June 5.

The ‘Tennis Court’ songstress has spoken out recently about the media’s beauty standards. She criticised Teen Vogue for altering the shape of her nose and told her fans that “flaws are ok” after comparing an airbrushed image of herself to a natural photo.
