Maroon 5 fan has the 'best day' after being hit in the face with Adam Levine's micA Maroon 5 fan says it was a "dream come true" when singer Adam Levine hit her in the face with his microphone this week. Stephanie Green attended the band's show in Toronto on Monday (March 16), but she was accidentally hit by a flying mic. Levine had thrown the piece of equipment to the floor in frustration at technical difficulties. However, the singer apologised profusely to the fan and let her watch the show from a prime position before taking her on stage. Green told Canada's City News: "It’s just literally the best day. My dream come true. I never thought in a million years this would happen to me." Levine said after the incident: "In my flustered state, I might have thrown my microphone on the ground and then it might have bounced off of the ground, into poor, sweet Stephanie’s face.
