Irish heartthrob Niall Horan has confessed that he's likely to have a joint 21st birthday party with One Direction band mate Liam Payne because their dates are close together and it would be double the fun. 

During a new interview with radio station Spin 103.8, the 'Story Of My Life' superstar explained that it'll be great to celebrate with some alcohol because touring in America before the age of 21 means they haven't been able to enjoy a few drinks as they aren't legally of age:

"I reckon myself and Liam are probably going to end up having a joint 21st because his birthday is about two weeks before mine. We'll have a few drinks there. We've been touring America for the past three years and not been able to touch a drop."

The boyband will kick off their Irish Where We Are tour run on May 23 at Dublin's Croke Park and he added that it's so exciting to be coming home and playing live to fans in the area he grew up in: "Croker is going to be unbelievable, we're all saying it. It's been a while since we've been in Dublin last, I haven't been at home since Christmas."
