Former Daughtry drummer Robin Diaz has suggested that One Direction are working with Chad Kroeger.

The band's Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson were snapped recently alongside the Nickelback man and Robin Diaz in a studio in the US.

The images were uploaded online by the ex-Daughtry drummer and he wrote on Twitter:

"Amazing songwriter Chad Kroeger creating hits with @Louis_Tomlinson & @Real_Liam_Payne killer singers/WOW."

He previously said on Instagram that the One Direction men were getting taught drums by Kroeger.

Payne was also last week pictured with rapper Juicy J in a studio.

One Direction's last album 'FOUR' was released in late 2014.
