One Direction's Harry Styles on female attention: 'People forget we're just normal guys'

Curly-haired heartthrob Harry Styles has admitted that while the female attention is nice it can be overwhelming because fans often overlook the fact that they're just ordinary boys "who got this amazing opportunity".

During One Direction's new interview with Teen Vogue, the 'Little Things' singer explained how intense things can be for the lads:

"One time, a girl dropped her phone in my pocket. and I found it and was like, 'There you go.' And she said, 'If you'd had my phone, you'd have had to meet up with me to give it back.'"

"It's nice to have people go to these lengths for you, but sometimes it's hard to understand, because we're just guys. We're guys who would be at your school, who got this amazing opportunity."

Member Louis Tomlinson added that despite having hectic schedules, they still manage to find time to enjoy themselves and embrace being young at every opportunity they get:

"There's quite a lot of waiting around so we often find the need to be a little mischievous. Like today, for example, Liam and I managed to get on the roof of [the photo studio], and we were hiding from everyone. We just try to keep ourselves entertained."
