One Direction fans sell tickets after reports of Harry Styles and Taylor Swift reunion

The number of unwanted One Direction tickets being sold online increased after newspaper reports suggested Harry Styles and Taylor Swift had reconciled.

The celebrity pair were thought to have broken their ties following an argument in early January but rumours indicated they could have recently met up in London or France.

Despite a tweet from Taylor Swift saying she was in the UK on promotional duties, the number of One Direction tour tickets listed by users on reselling website viagogo shot up by 32% after the initial reconciliation rumours broke on Tuesday (January 22).

Spokesperson Ed Parkinson said: "It seems that One Direction fans are protective of their boys. The rise in ticket listings may well be due to their disappointment at Harry being off the market again."

One Direction are due to kick off their UK and Ireland tour on February 23 at London's O2 Arena.
