Morgan Spurlock teases "emotional" One Direction film

Director Morgan Spurlock has offered more details about the forthcoming One Direction movie.

A camera crew are currently following British boyband on tour to source material for their debut 3D film This Is Us, which will be unleashed later this year.

The flick is being directed by Super Size Me man Morgan Spurlock and he took time out today (April 3) to answer fans' questions on Twitter.

When asked if the movie will have a tear-jerking ending, the director replied: "There have been some really lovely emotional moments that we've captured, I think fans may shed a tear or two while watching."

Spurlock meanwhile teased fans by suggesting that the band have been getting their kit off regularly in front of the camera. He said:

"[There's been] more shirtless moments than you can imagine - now how many of those make it into the final film we'll have to wait and see."

It was also revealed that a new, official trailer for the film will surface later this month.
