Selena Gomez: 'It's important that I figure out what makes me feel grounded'

Songstress Selena Gomez has revealed that she has been spending the last 12 months working on discovering what makes her happy because it's so easy to lose sight of that and to feel lost.

During a new interview with Into The Gloss, the former Disney starlet admitted that the past year has been one of significant change for her, which can be really hard to deal with at times:

“It’s been such a transitional year for me — I moved out of my parents’ house this year and into my own place. I also took my first break ever and have been using the time to really concentrate on what makes me happy. Sometimes, I’ll be honest, I don’t handle all of this as well as people think, so it’s been important to really figure out what makes me feel grounded.”

Earlier this month (October 2), the beauty took to her official Twitter page and confessed that when she feels isolated she turns to God because she finds comfort in her faith: "Sometimes we think we aren't good enough. But then I realise when I think I'm alone I have God."
