Introducing: Hull garage-punks LUMER and 'Blunder'

(RIYL: The Wytches, Joy Division)

"LUMER are such a strong find. They’re part of this great crop of acts coming out of Hull at the moment doing incredible things with alternative music. We are so, so proud to be giving you ‘Blunder’. It’s beautiful, wonderful…near perfect chaos." - Soundsphere magazine

Following in the footsteps of nationally touring acts (also supported by Warren Records) including LIFE and Vulgarians, LUMER have broken out of East Yorkshire with this absolute banger - all jackhammer beats, buzzin' riffs and killer, raging vocals. 'Blunder' is an undeniably catchy hot mess geared towards the disenfranchised, and the angry. This stuff is proper aural therapy, and it's ace.
Of the track, and its inspirations, bassist Alex Evans comments: "Blunder is the stupid mistake you make with someone you pretend to care a lot about. It's the moment after the storm the feeling of regret and the questioning of your sanity and your essence."

LUMER are: Benjamin Jackson (guitar), Alex Evans (bass, vocals) and  Jacob Wardle (drums)
