Adam Lambert has shown off a new tattoo on Twitter.

The vocal powerhouse has been inked in the past and he has added to his collection with a new music themed piece of body art.

Lambert teased fans yesterday (August 12) by mysteriously tweeting the Latin phrase "MUSICA DELENIT BESTIAM FERAM".

He then revealed the words "new tattoo" and a photo of what looks like his left arm with an ornate tattoo of the saying.

The phrase translated into English is said to mean: "Music soothes the savage beast".

It's not the only recent aesthetic change undergone by Lambert, with the singer unveiling a striking platinum/blonde hair colour too.
