Beyoncé reveals nerves over impending live comeback

Beyoncé has admitted that although she's recognised as an internationally renowned performer she is nervous to return to the stage after taking time off to be with her daughter, Blue Ivy.

The 'Halo' superstar is due to make her live comeback later this evening (May 25) in New Jersey at the Revel casino, but revealed that she is anxious about the show because she's been out of the spotlight for such a long time:

"I feel a little nervous. I'm enjoying being a mother so it's like going back to my old job, and it's a little strange. But it's important that you don't lose yourself and still have your own passions. And so I'm back to work, I'm back to business."

Despite her initial apprehension, Beyoncé added that now she's a mother she hopes to exude a new attitude while on stage and to show her fans that it has made her "more grounded":

"What I'm trying to say in the show is, 'Yes I had a baby. It just made me more grounded and more like you."
