Jessie J will represent London at this year's VH1 Divas show, it has been confirmed. 

The 'Price Tag' superstar, who has changed her image yet again and is now sporting eye-catching red-tipped long hair extensions, will perform as part of a very special line up at New York's Hammerstein Ballroom alongside Florence Welch, who will also fly the flag for the UK. 

VH1's EVP, Lee Rolontz, explained "this year’s telecast will showcase the vast impact soul music has had on the 21st century’s music and pop culture landscape as our talented and diverse lineup will attest."

"This year's Divas offers a modern twist on soul music, all while tipping its hat to the legacy of key cities that created this musical heritage."

Kelly Clarkson, Mary J. Blige, Jennifer Hudson and Jill Scott are also set to perform at the showcase to represent U.S. states Chicago, Philadelphia, Memphis and Detroit.
