Jessie J wants Kylie Minogue to be critical on The Voice

Jessie J has called for Kylie Minogue to act tough on The Voice.

The Australian pop star has signed up to replace the 'Domino' singer on the UK reality show for its third series next year.

Speaking on Alan Carr's Chatty Man, Jessie J said that she hopes Minogue replicates her own tough judging, revealing:

"I think it's amazing that Kylie's doing it. I think it's going to be interesting to see what she brings. I hope she's tough though, I hope that she's critical. Because that's what I want to be replaced with as well, because I felt like I was the most honest. Every coach that's on the show teaches something different, which is why I think it should change it up."

The coaching line-up for the next series of The Voice meanwhile was completed this week by Kaiser Chiefs singer Ricky Wilson.
