Singer and presenter Kelly Osbourne was rushed to the emergency room in Miami over the weekend after suffering a head injury. 

Although she hasn't revealed exactly what happened, Osbourne took to her official Twitter page last night (November 6) and told her fans that she "cracked her head open" and sought immediate treatment at a Miami hospital:

"I just want 2 thank all the incredible doctors and nurses @ Mercy hospital in Miami 4 taking such good care of me u guys reall are amazing!"

"Long story short I cracked my head open then kept passing out I have the all clear my mum came 2 get me 4 full story watch the talk tomorrow."
