The full list of nominees for this year's forthcoming BRIT Awards ceremony has finally been unveiled and it shows that One Direction earned themselves two nods, while Bastille lead the pack with a total of four nominations. 

The 'Story Of My Life' heartthrobs are up for British Group and British Single for 'One Way Or Another (Teenage Kicks)', for which they will go head to head with the likes of Arctic Monkeys, Disclosure, Ellie Goulding and Passenger. 

Bastille, meanwhile, are up for British Group, British Breakthrough Act, British Single for 'Pompeii' and Mastercard British Album of the Year for 'Bad Blood'. Cheeky hitmaker Olly Murs has been recognised for 'Dear Darlin'' in the British Single category. 

Jessie J and Ellie Goulding will fight it out for the British Female Solo Artist title and Bruno Mars, Eminem and Justin Timberlake have all been nominated for the International Male Solo Artist prize.
