Placebo have confirmed a number of 2015 UK and Ireland tour dates.

The rock group will hit the road in February and March for a total of 18 shows.

The run will open in Dublin on February 25 before Placebo - whose last album 'Loud Like Love' was released in 2013 - visit cities such as Aberdeen, Hull and Bristol.

It will all come to an end at London's Apollo on March 24.

Tickets for the gigs will go on sale from 9am UK time on Friday (October 31).
