'Biscuits' hitmaker Kacey Musgraves has teamed up with Texas footwear company Lucchese to design her own collection of boots.

The beauty will launch her Kacey for Lucchese collection in time for Christmas and her range includes four Western-inspired designs, which Musgraves described as "really cute". Each pair will range in cost and will retail in stores for between $300 (£188) and $450 (£281).

Earlier this year, she spoke to Cosmopolitan magazine about self-confidence and explained that she is very happy just doing her own thing, and doesn't feel pressured to model herself on any of her country contemporaries:

"I'm kind of in my own little corner, you know? I'm inspired by traditional country music. I love Willie Nelson. A lot of this record was inspired by Glenn Campbell, Roger Miller, he was really humorous. I'm just trucking along in my own lane."
