Carole King to perform full 'Tapestry' at London's BST festival

Legendary hitmaker Carole King has confirmed that she will come to London this summer for a very special performance

The icon is set to perform her most beloved album, 'Tapestry', in full for the first time at the British Summer Time (BST) festival in Hyde Park on 3 July. This will be King's first UK show in more than 25 years.

King, who is the subject of 'Beautiful: The Carole King Musical' in the city's West End, issued a statement on the exciting news, which reads: "I'm coming to London and can't wait to perform 'Tapestry' from beginning to end for the first time ever. How perfect to be doing that in the heart of one of my favourite cities."

Tickets for the summer event are available now through artist pre-sale and you can access the link to purchase passes here. King also tweeted about the announcement and posted the following update to her social media page: "At @BSTHydePark, @caroleking will be performing Tapestry in its entirety for the very first time, joined by the amazing Don Henley!"
