X Factor judges Nicole Scherzinger and Simon Cowell have both landed nominations for this year's National Television Awards.

The duo will go head-to-head in the TV judge category alongside Mary Berry, Len Goodman and David Walliams. The event will take place at London's O2 Arena on January 25.

The X Factor is up for the talent show prize, with Britain's Got Talent and Strictly Come Dancing also nominated. Former contestant Rylan Clark-Neal meanwhile will vie for the TV presenter award.
