Singer Gavin Rossdale, who is set to appear on the new series of The Voice UK this weekend as a coach, has confirmed that his band is working on a new album. 

Talking to BANG Showbiz recently, the frontman explained that they're working on new music together: "I've got a new Bush record coming out."

Referring to a time frame for his personal music career outside of being a parent and working on The Voice, Rossdale added: "I have basically done the schedule up until April, when this finishes, and put in when I have to be here for The Voice - then there's the kids. Other stuff goes in between."

He will join Jennifer Hudson, Sir Tom Jones and Will.i.Am as a judge on the new season of The Voice, which is due to begin tonight (January 7) at 8pm on ITV.
