Plan B might be flying out to the U.S soon to join Adele on tour, but he doesn't think he's likely to make an impact there because of an issue that sees a clash between race and sound. 

Speaking after his triple win at yesterday's Ivor Novello awards, the 'She Said' star explained:

"I’m too white for the black radio stations and I’m too black for white radio stations so nobody knows where to place me"

Despite this setback, he doesn't seem too bothered about not cracking America because he would be expected to compromise certain aspects of his sound and style:

"It just seems to be a lot of cocksucking that has to go on in order to get your music to get played to the masses and I’m just not prepared to suck cock really"
