Eliza Doolittle's plastic surgery promise

'Skinny Genes' star Eliza Doolittle has vowed never to go under the knife for reasons of vanity.

Speaking to the UK's More magazine, she explained that growing up she was always told to be "confident with what they've got" and to embrace what she was born with:

"I really don't think plastic surgery is a good idea. People who've had it done don't look younger or better, they just look like they've had plastic surgery. My mum taught me that bodies are bodies, and they come in all shapes and sizes - we should be free about that."

Luckily for Doolittle she has been blessed with an incredible pair of legs that she recently insured for a whopping £10 million, although she rates them as one of her "insecurities":

"My legs are a bit dangly and my knees point inwards. Everyone has insecurities, but I try not to focus on them. It's important to be confident with what you've got."
