Lance Bass for boyband reality showFormer *NSYNC star Lance Bass has revealed that he will be heading up a new boyband reality competition show and it’s set to air on VH1. The singer mentioned the idea in an interview with New York Magazine and describes the show as: “a really great music show, starring all your favorite boy bands. It’s going to be really fun. I’ve got a member from Backstreet Boys, A.J. McLean. A member from *NSYNC, Joey Fatone. A member from New Kids on the Block, Joe McIntyre. And a member from New Edition, Bobby Brown. They’re all going to form a boy band, each, from the most talented guys in America that I’ve scouted, and then they’ll go head-to-head in a competition to see who the best band is, so it’s bragging rights for the guy in the group, for sure.” He later stressed that Bobby Brown is as yet unconfirmed, but he is confident that it will work out. The show itself does not have an air date yet, but is being developed by former MTV president Brian Graden. Check out Lance chatting recently on the Barry Sobel ‘3 Minute Talk Show’ below:
