JLS pull out of T4 On The BeachBoy band JLS have cancelled their performance today as a part of T4 On The Beach after the band, who was added to the bill last month, was unable to soundcheck. Fans at the gig were pictured in tears as the announcement was made that JLS would not perform. A statement has since appeared on their facebook website stating that the cancellation was due to “production problems”. It read: “JLS flew in for T4OTB and arrived on site at Weston super-Mare at 7.30am for a soundcheck and camera rehearsal. "The soundcheck was continually pushed back. JLS were finally able to soundcheck at 930am but by this point the gates were open and the crowd were let in which meant JLS could not soundcheck. "As a result of not being allowed to soundcheck and rehearse JLS cannot perform their set which had been especially created for T4. JLS are gutted they are unable to perform on stage today and are sorry to fans who have travelled to see them but this situation was out of their control." The band later took to their Twitter account to apologise to fans: "We are SO sorry that we are not performing," Marvin Humes wrote. "It's something that was beyond our control. As a 4 piece live singing band there is no way we can do such a huge show without a soundcheck or camera rehearsal. We are extremely disappointed to let you all down."
